REST API for Perfex CRM

Terms of service

Last updated 8 October 2026. These terms apply to the hosted REST API for Perfex CRM connector at https://perfex-mcp.themesic.com (the "connector"), operated by Themesic Interactive ("we", "us"). By connecting an AI assistant to the connector you accept these terms.

1. What the connector does

The connector lets an AI assistant you choose (for example ChatGPT or Claude) read and change data in your own self-hosted Perfex CRM through the Model Context Protocol, using the API token you provide. The connector itself is provided free of charge.

2. Requirements

The connector works only with a Perfex CRM that has the REST API for Perfex CRM module installed, activated, licensed for that CRM's domain and with its MCP server enabled. The module is licensed separately under its own license terms; these terms do not grant a license to the module. See the requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

Connect only CRMs you are authorized to access, and only with API tokens you are allowed to use.
Choose the permissions of your API token: the assistant can do everything the token allows.
Review what the assistant proposes before you confirm changes, deletions or emails. Actions taken on your instructions are your responsibility.
Comply with the laws that apply to you and to the personal data in your CRM, including data protection law.
Do not misuse the connector: no attempts to break or bypass its security, rate limits or license checks, no use to reach systems other than your own CRM, and no load that harms the service for others.

4. AI assistants are third-party services

The assistant you connect is provided by a third party under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control its output and are not responsible for its answers, mistakes or the actions it suggests. Check important results before relying on them.

5. Data

We do not store your CRM data. How we handle the limited data we do process is described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the connector available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue the connector or any feature, and may suspend access that breaks these terms or lacks a valid module license for the connected domain.

7. Disclaimer

The connector is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for the free connector is limited to one hundred euros (EUR 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending use

You can stop using the connector at any time by disconnecting it in your assistant or deleting the API token in Perfex CRM.

10. Trademarks

Perfex CRM is a trademark of its owner. The connector is published by Themesic Interactive and is not affiliated with the makers of Perfex CRM. ChatGPT and Claude are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Themesic Interactive is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Questions about these terms: support@themesic.com.
