Requirements and how to connect

The REST API for Perfex CRM connector links AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to your own self-hosted Perfex CRM.

Requirements

• A self-hosted Perfex CRM reachable over https.
• The REST API for Perfex CRM module by Themesic Interactive installed, activated and licensed for your CRM's domain.
• The MCP server switched on in Setup > API > Settings.
• An API token from Setup > API > API Management. Its permissions decide what the assistant can see and change.

Connect

Connector URL: https://perfex-mcp.themesic.com/mcp

1. ChatGPT: Settings > Apps & Connectors > Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode, then Create, paste the connector URL, choose OAuth and save.
2. Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector, paste the connector URL, then Connect.
3. Sign in on the page that opens with your CRM address and API token.
